What is Solution Focused Hypnotherapy?

Solution Focused Therapy is a form of talking therapy that uses techniques such as NLP (Neuro linguistic programming), psychotherapy, counselling and trance to form a therapy that focus on more solutions rather than problems. These techniques are based on the latest brain research and neuroscience.

Change is inevitable and it’s how we adapt and overcome. We aim to give the clients more solutions to approach this in a positive forward-thinking way rather than digging up problems from the past. As a client you are in control with what you would like to tell me.

What is hypnosis and is it safe?

Hypnosis is a trance-like mental state in which people experience increased attention, concentration, and suggestibility. While hypnosis is often described as a sleep-like state, it is better expressed as a state of focused attention, heightened suggestibility, and vivid fantasies. People in a hypnotic state often seem sleepy and zoned out, but in reality, they are in a state of hyper-awareness.
